Refund Policy

Undelivered orders

If we are unable to deliver your boosts, you are eligible for a full refund.

Delivered orders

Once boosts have been applied to your server, orders are generally non-refundable. If boosts drop before your package ends, contact us and we will replace them.

Invalid invites

If the invite you supplied is invalid or expires, we will contact you for a new one before any refund is considered.
